"I had stayed with the same insurance company for years because I truly didn’t have time to shop around and I am not a fan of change. After a bad encounter today with my current company, I called State Farm Bob Horton’s office and spoke with Shanna. I work nights as a nurse so I asked her if I could just send her my current declaration and she could quote me. She said yes go ahead and nap and I’ll work on it. When waking up, I had quotes in my email and she was very responsive. I was able to send her my home mortgage info and she handled everything to change that with escrow. I called her this morning feeling defeated because of the terrible way I was talked to with my current insurance company.
